Just let us know what dates you want and we will reserve them for you.  A 10% deposit will secure your booking.  Full payment will be needed  8 weeks before your holiday.  We will also require a €500 security deposit.  We will send you the keys and the deposit will be returned once the keys have been received back.  Our agent will check the property and organise cleaning.  Any damage will be deducted from the deposit.

The chalet is self catered.  Cleaning, bed linen, towels and tourist tax is included.  You should be prepared to leave the chalet in a clean and tidy state, all washing up should be done and dishes put away.

Included in the cost is all electricity.  There is a wood burning stove and wood should be available.

            GENERAL TERMS OF THE RENTAL CONTRACT

Rental Prices : Prices include the rent, costs (heating, water, hot water, electricity) and all taxes . Cleaning on departure , bed linen and towels are included.

Damage Deposit : A sum of 500 Euros is a deposit to be paid when getting the keys. It will be refunded by mail, after the chalet has been checked, and after the keys have been returned.

Pets are not accepted.

Cancellation : All cancellations must be confirmed in writing. The deposit is not reimbursable.

Arrivals : From 4pm.

Departure : The chalet, is made available to you with all necessary furniture, equipment and utensils for the allowed number of persons, as described , any damage or missing items must be reported immediately.  In any case, the repairs of damaged equipment or furniture when it is caused by you, or exeptional cleaning when you left the apartment in a condition which makes it necessary, will be charged against  our deposit only after we have explained the reason why. The amount of the deposit does not limit the extent of your responsibility.

Insurance : The owner of the apartment or chalet has an insurance contract covering the various risks related to its ownership and usage. The personal belongings of the tenant are not covered by this insurance, so you will have to insure them against fire or theft if you feel it is necessary.

The chalet must not be occupied by a number of people exceeding the number agreed. In case of disagreement about the fulfilment of the contract, the Tribunal in Thonon-les-Bains will be the sole competent court.
