Ski Lifts

There is a large of choice of ski lifts to get you onto the slopes.  A car will take you to the further lifts where there are plenty of car parks at the base of the lifts.  The Pre La Joux area has two big fast lifts which can get you to the Avoriaz area very quickly, although there is plenty of great skiing without going as far.

The ski bus stops at the bottom of the lane, a stone's throw from the chalet.  This takes you to La Panthiaz, less than 1 km from the chalet, which takes you up into areas linking quickly with Switzerland and Petit / Super Chatel areas. A second ski bus from the top of the lane, again a stone's throw from the chalet, takes you into Chatel itself and the Super Chatel lift.  From Chatel there are linking buses to all lifts.  Finally you can take the ski bus from the "Sports Centre", about 500 m from the chalet, which links to the extensive ski bus network of Chatel and will get you to any ski lift you wish.
