The first floor is open plan but the different areas are well defined.  The floor is tiled  and covered with Morrocan Kilims.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equiped and modern.  There is a ceramic hob and oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge.  There is an additional fridge freezer in the games room.  There is plenty of cooking equipment and even a decent set of cooks knives.  There is plenty of crockery and cutlery for 12 people.

Living Area

The living area is furnished with two leather sofas and two leather arm chairs.  The DVD/TV and hi-fi are here as is the wood burning stove.  There are games and DVDs available.

Dining Area

The solid wood dining table comfortably seats 12.  The seats are comfortale so sit back, enjoy the meal and relax.
